A Singular ShowHow for Whitefish Producers

On November 10th whitefish processors from around the world will attend Marel’s Whitefish ShowHow in Copenhagen for hands-on demonstrations of the latest advances in whitefish processing.
The 2016 Whitefish ShowHow is packed with processing line and equipment demos covering primary, secondary and value-added processes. A range of international guest speakers will address current processing challenges and share their insights on various pressing industry trends and topics.
This event was first held in 2015 and brings together whitefish industry leaders from all over the world to discuss the latest trends and hear guest speakers address some of the key issues the industry faces.
The event is a unique opportunity to experience Marel’s product portfolio in one place and view live demonstration of the machinery. The parallel conference program offers both product tracks and industry tracks.
