Ocea rafts/barges have been operating flawlessly for several years in the most exposed locations in Norway, Ireland, the Faroe Islands, Shetland and Iceland. With more than 100 deliveries, the company is recognized as the major supplier of modern barge solutions designed to meet the industrial requirements and the highest site classifications.
Ocea barges are available in three main designs depending on the client needs: Bow, Base and Catamaran. Each design can be scaled to various sizes, up to 450 tons of silo storage capacity and equipped with Ocea feeders and alarm solutions. The larger models include fully equipped accommodation areas with all modern facilities.

Ocea Diamantis Ocea’s most innovative barge project for the future of fish farming. Its design and development are conceived from feedback from and discussions with fish farmers. The end result is a design and functionality which encompass quality, strength, user-friendliness and aesthetics in one complete feed system.
Ocea feed barges are supplied with the feed system, Ocea FeedStation, a 5th generation central feed system. FeedStation consists of a computer programme, industrial PLC, distribution valve, air blowers and auger dozers with air lock sluices. The system is fully scalable and capacity can be upgraded if required. FeedStation supports all modern methods of fish feeding. A simplified user interface provides fish farmers with complete control and allows users to achieve the best results from production.

Bergen-based investment company Borea is the main stakeholder in Ocea. Ulsmo is the second largest owner - and company management in Norway and in Chile has also got considerable ownership in the company.
