KinOmega sources its raw material only from Friend of the Sea approved origins: tuna trimmings; Peruvian and European anchovy fisheries.

Quality assurance and quality control goes through from raw material, in-process and finished product release, which is thoroughly performed in each process step by responsible department and the qualified personnel.

Endangered species are not by-caught in the process and marine protected areas are respected. Chain of custody is in place from vessel to finished product, ensuring separation between approved and not approved origins.

“Our customers and Omega-3 end consumers are concerned about the potential overexploitation of fish stocks and consequently they appreciate our efforts to source only from approved sustainable fisheries and trimmings”, stated Mr. Daniel Zhang, Vice President of KinOmega.
