By utilizing modern unloading, packing and freezing equipment Lund's is able to offer to its customers around the world with the highest quality products. Quality control is a major focus of the business, using solid HACCP controls guarantee Lund's maintains the highest levels of quality.

Lund's  Fisheries is one of the largest seafood processing facilities on the eastern seaboard and is located in Cape May, New Jersey. With over 1,200 feet of waterfront  it has a minimum of 15 vessels discharging fish on a daily basis. The company is equipped with automated packing equipment specifically designed for pelagic fish, which is delivered to its docks by both fresh and freezer trawlers. The facility is equipped with blast freezers capable of processing 450 metric tons of whole round fish per day.

Lund's is a leader in cooperative fisheries research and management to ensure it has a long term sustainable supply of products for its customers. The company is a firm believer that fisheries must be managed based on sound science and work hard to be sure that resources are available for generations to come.

Lund's Fisheries sells both land and sea frozen products to markets around the world and are equipped with automated packing equipment specifically designed for pelagic fish.
