Visitors to Marel’s Salmon ShowHow this year will have the chance to attend focus sessions and workshops by salmon processing and industry experts.

For 14 years, salmon processors have been coming to the Marel Salmon ShowHow to experience the latest and best in salmon processing innovation, and to gain valuable insights from experts in the field.

This year, demonstrations will be running all day, a guest speaker will discuss the Global Salmon Industry Outlook, and four workshops will focus on how processors can optimize various aspects of their daily operations – from turning trims into innovative new products, to minimizing the size of recalls.

The latest and best in salmon processing technology will be firmly in focus at the 14th annual Marel Salmon ShowHow, taking place at Progress Point in Copenhagen, Denmark, 11 February 2015.

Guest Speaker Presentation: Global Salmon Industry Outlook
• Gorjan Nikolik, a senior industry analyst for food and agribusiness at Rabobank International, is the guest speaker at the event for the second time. Nikolik will discuss the near to midterm expectations for the global salmon industry, providing an insight into how the salmon industry will develop in coming years, and what this will mean for processing opportunities.

This year, demonstrations will be running all day at the Salmon ShowHow.

The latest and best in salmon processing technology will be firmly in focus at the 14th annual Marel Salmon ShowHow, taking place at Progress Point in Copenhagen, Denmark, 11 February 2015.

The Salmon ShowHow has established itself as the top global forum to see and experience the latest and best salmon processing equipment. On display is a wide spectrum of Marel's industry-leading equipment, including several new machines, standalone units, and complete integrated processing lines.

Visitors to Marel’s Salmon ShowHow this year will have the chance to attend focus sessions and workshops by salmon processing and industry experts.

In addition to ongoing live-demonstrations, four workshops will provide specialist insights into how you can optimize various aspects of your daily operations and a guest speaker will address “The Global Salmon Industry Outlook”.

The Salmon ShowHow is a great opportunity to meet colleagues from the salmon industry.

The program concludes with dinner and entertainment in the evening.
