"With sushi's widespread popularity, accessibility for consumers is high," stated Michael McNicholas, Chairman of the NFI Sushi Council, Culimer USA. "However, industry professionals often face challenges in accessing accurate information regarding responsible sourcing and preparation."

Addressing this gap, the NFI Sushi Council has prioritized food safety, creating an easily navigable website that offers essential guidance on product handling and preparation.
