Smoked Salmon with cinnamon and ginger.

Skandia Ahumados Launches Two New Products

  (SPAIN, 2/21/2024)

Skandia Ahumados, a brand belonging to the Sea & Land Group, has added two new products to its smoked salmon line: Smoked Salmon with cinnamon and ginger and the Scandinavian recipe.

These new products, like all the company's smoked products, are made using natural beech wood smoke and do not contain sugar. Likewise, dry salt is always added by hand and never injected.

In addition, selection at origin and controlled traceability guarantee that the fish has not been treated with antibiotics and fed without GMOs.

Skandia Smoked salmon comes from fresh raw material that has never been frozen, resulting in the texture being always juicy and with a fresh flavour.

Skandia Ahumados selects the best product at its origin to smoke, applying the experience of Scandinavian masters. The company is a leader thanks to the unmistakable aroma, flavour and texture of its smoked products.

The range of Skandia Smoked products include Salmon certified by the ASC (Aquaculture Stewardship Council), Salmon certified by the MSC (Marine Stewardship Council), Origenes
Salmon from Scottish lochs or the cold waters of Alaska and Canada, Salud Salmon (Organic and Salt-Free), Gourmet Experience Salmon (authentic gastronomic luxury), Japanese Gourmet Line (tuna sashimi and varieties of smoked salmon), Specialty Line (salmon, tuna and cod), Traditional Species Line (variety of smoked fish), Valkyrie, Skaviar and Hospitality Lines.

Skandia Ahumado selects the best products at origin for smoking taking the experience of Scandinavian masters.
