Responsible consumption and production

With the UN's 12th sustainable development goal of responsible consumption and production firmly in place, The company actively strive for sustainable consumption and production patterns.

Ovun achieves this through careful material selection and advanced recycling technology. All electronic products come with rechargeable batteries and solar-powered operation.

Old buoys are recycled in collaboration with Nordic Plastic Recycling, with the raw material transformed into new quality products. When you purchase and deliver your buoys through Ovun, you receive favorable buyback options.

The Activa 1800 LED is a lightmast to be used for marking of aquaculture installations, and is designed to meet the recommendations of the Norwegian Coastal Administration.

About Ovun Holdings AS

PartnerPlast has a long and proud history. A lot has changed since the beginning of the 90s, both within the company and among its partners. Now the company has taken a step forward: PartnerPlast has changed its name to Ovun.

PartnerPlast was established in Åndalsnes more than 30 years ago. Every year, the company has evolved, found new solutions, and established new partnerships.

Initially, PartnerPlast partnered with customers to manufacture plastic products. Today, the company does much more than that. It has established in many markets and excelled in various fields and production technologies. The company's own products dominate its deliveries, while it remains an important partner and manufacturer of its customers’ products. The company is a leading player in its areas of expertise.

Ovun's main office and rotomoulding factory is based in Åndalsnes.

Over the years, several companies have been merged and integrated into PartnerPlast. Its subsidiary, Molstad Modell og Form AS, will initially change its name to Ovun Innlandet AS, and will also be merged into Ovun in the near future. This was done to create maximum efficiency and a unity – “One Company” – for all its stakeholders.

The company has worked diligently and extensively on its rebranding. This is now reflected in its new name: Over and under water – Ovun.

The main office and rotomoulding factory is based in Åndalsnes. PU-moulding and machining in Moelv, and electronics development in Molde, and a sales office in Lysaker. Additionally, Ovun has representations in the US (Houston), Australia (Perth), Sweden (Gothenburg) and China.
