Among the only 50 companies worldwide that hold this seal in 2022, only two are Chilean

Salmones Camanchaca is the only food firm to be recognized as an 'industry mover' in the S&P 2022 Sustainability Yearbook

Under this distinction, the prestigious risk rating agency highlights in its Sustainability Yearbook those companies that have had outstanding growth in the evaluation of their sustainability management carried out for the Dow Jones Sustainability Index ranking, in which the salmon company classified at the end of 2021.

Among the only 50 companies worldwide that hold this seal in 2022, only two are Chilean.

Puerto Montt - After having classified in the well-known Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) at the end of 2021, Salmones Camanchaca sees the recognition of its work in sustainability consolidated by being included in the recently published The Sustainability Yearbook 2022 of the prestigious risk rating agency Standard & Poor's (S&P).

The publication also distinguished the salmon company with the "SP Global Industry Movers" seal, which identifies companies that have had outstanding growth in the evaluation of their sustainability management carried out in the context of the DJSI. Only 50 firms worldwide hold this distinction in 2022 and, of these, Salmones Camanchaca was the only one in the "Food Products" sector to receive it and one of the two Chilean companies to stand out as such.
