Carnitech is based in Støvring, Denmark, with subsidiaries in Sørup and Nørresundby, Denmark, and in Singapore and the United States.
In seafood, Carnitech specializes in turnkey solutions for both onboard and onshore processing of fish and shellfish. The company has a strong position in the U.S. market where it has a long tradition of supplying complete plants. It has, for example, equipped the majority of the Alaska trawler processing factories.
