SNIPA is understood as the set of social actors that interact in the generation, dissemination and evaluation of scientific and technical information and knowledge.
An essential function of SNIPA is to promote cooperation and interaction between value chain actors (productive agents) and “innovation agents”; However, it also seeks to fulfill the following functions:
