Seatrade International owes its fishing trade to the big pond to the east. The seafood company processes and packages fresh, frozen, and dried fish and shellfish, including scallops, monkfish, and skate wing harvested from the coastal Atlantic waters of New England, Virginia, and Maryland.
It markets and exports products to domestic and international customers in the retail and institutional food industries in North America, Asia, and Europe.
Its brand names include SEATRADE and Atlantic Gem Seafoods. Seatrade also provides private-label packaging services at its three processing plants.
The company was established in 1981 by founder Steve Barndollar.
