Technology university and foundation encourage sustainable mussel farming

Fundación Chinquihue and Technological University of Chile (INACAP) have signed a collaboration agreement to bring mussel farmers’ needs closer to future professionals and, potentially, to develop new low-cost technological solutions for the national mussel farming sector, the second largest export industry at the regional level.
The agreement will integrate the best aspects of both parties and will make it available to the sector the knowledge and educational capacities as well as R&D&I of the high school of studies.
