Gamma-A produces some 140 kinds of canned fish, but the most demanded is sprat in oil, produced according to ancient traditions since 1947.
The secret of the superior quality of our products is simple – we work with fresh wet fish, impale it manually, smoke it with white alder chips and case it, again, manually.
Our company offers also Atlantic fish products: herring, mackerel, sardines, sardinillas as well as delicious sprat spread, fish balls, noisettes, and a gourmet specialty – cod liver. Our production capacity is up to 6 mil. fish cans a month.
Thanks to the HACCP internal quality control system, we are closely monitoring all production phases as well as the quality of the raw fish supplied. Our own metal cans ‘ production ensures consistent quality and provides an additional guarantee for our canned products.
