As of the end of last year, the output value of Zhoushan's "one fish" industry chain reached 85 billion yuan(U$D 12.23b), and the distribution of primary, secondary and tertiary fishery industries was reasonable and orderly.

Daishan County became the only pilot project for the construction of a national-level fishing port economic zone in Zhejiang Province.

One is to reduce the total amount and improve the quality

Focusing on the reduction of old fishing boats and high-risk fishing boats (fan fishing boats) and converting them to production, 15 municipal departments, including ocean and fishery, human society, and finance, have been established to work across the four counties (districts) of Zhoushan City. shifts, and promote ship reduction, production change, employment and stabilization of various tasks. As of the end of last year, 277 sailing net fishing boats in Zhoushan City had signed contracts, with a signing rate of 38.3%. Among them, all fishing boats over 25 years old had signed contracts, and the sailing net fishing boats in Dinghai and Putuo districts had been cleared. Adhere to the orientation of science and technology to strengthen fishing, implement the "double-strength action" of fishery, and solidly promote the modernization of fishery such as the pilot transformation of new material fishing boats, "machine replacement" in the fishery field, and the promotion of first-line freezing and fresh-keeping technology on board. Build the largest FRP fishing boat near the sea in Zhejiang Province, promote the construction of 5 fishing boats made of new materials such as FRP, and complete the "machine substitution" of 30 fishing boats.

The second is to strengthen guidance and focus on management

Focusing on the special action of the "Year of Pelagic Fishery Standard Improvement", centering on the three main bodies of "fishing boats, enterprises, and crew" supervision and improvement, the detailed rules for deduction of points for the performance evaluation of pelagic fishery enterprises were introduced, highlighting the rectification of key key links in pelagic fishery, and comparing performance performance with Linked to corporate incentives, the corporate performance rate has increased by 40% compared with previous years. Ningtai and Ping Tairong, two ocean-going fishery companies, ranked second and third respectively in the performance of ocean-going enterprises nationwide. Formulate a three-year action plan for the development of distant water fishery, sort out the "7+47" task list and six hard measures to support the high-quality development of distant water fishery, and strive to build the "National Number One City of Pelagic Fishery". Last year, the total output of Zhoushan's ocean fishery industry chain reached 37 billion yuan, and major projects such as the Nongfa Pearl Park and Ocean Family Processing Refrigerated Logistics Base were put into operation.

The third is to seek long-term and focus on innovation

Facing the shortcomings such as the small area of land farming and the reduction of available sea areas for offshore farming, we will implement new models of deep-sea farming such as large-scale deep-water intelligent cages and super-large water body fence farming. Completed the country's first single largest individual industrialized fishing and light complementary Shengsi Yangshan project, the largest fenced marine ranch breeding base in Zhejiang Province-Putuo Liuheng Yuanshan marine ranch complex project; "Shenghai No. 2" large deep-water net cage was selected Construction sea area. In-depth plan to revitalize the "Zhoushan large yellow croaker" brand, compile and complete the panorama of innovation and development of Zhoushan Daiqu large yellow croaker breeding industry, build the Daiqu large yellow croaker germplasm project, and breed 20 million high-quality large yellow croaker fry.
