"Ten days after the approval of the hubbsi quota allocation, some things seem to be clear. Moscuzza is said to have paid, something that was never in question due to the connection with 'Lisandro,' as well as Iberconsa, the Spanish company controlled by the Platinium Equity fund, which holds nearly 15% of the total assigned quota. Next year, they will fish around 50,000 tons of hubbsi," Garrone comments in his article published in the Mar del Plata news outlet PuntoNoticias.
Garrone also raises the question: "Is the U.S. Embassy aware of this? Could that be why, after the 'music' stopped, Juan Pazo—former close ally of Toto Caputo and one of Milei's representatives on the Federal Fisheries Council—went off to dance at ARCA?"

"Tony* could not be convinced to feed the collection box. They say that not even with the arrival of Dario Baroli at the buzzer of the Council workshop. 'He left ADPA', confided a source who knows the fine details," Garrone reports, known for his reliable information.
Finally, Garrone concludes his article by stating: "As of the closing of this column, Solimeno remained part of the 'Magnificent Seven' listed on the Association's website. In this context, Fernando Álvarez Castellano's role stands out, claiming that the process of allocating CITCs had been free of bribery" (see related article below).

"Some prosecutor in the room could summon the CEO of Conarpesa to provide details on when bribes were paid to distribute quotas. The meme of the Nara sisters is more relevant than ever," Garrone remarks.
"Other accounts suggest that Estrella Patagónica/Pescapuerta also paid $4.5 million for the 1.5672% of CMP it received as a social quota assigned by Chubut for 15 years. With the figures set to be updated, this amounts to over 5,000 annual tons that the Spanish company will be able to fish with the freezer vessels Carolina P and Anabella M."
We include the link to the article for those who wish to read this important journalistic report firsthand, which will undoubtedly spark significant controversy not only in the fishing sector but also within the National Government and the Province of Chubut.
