Grieg Seafood Hjaltland UK Ltd will showcase their full range of smoked salmon and gravadlax products as whole sides, loins and sliced packs, and also their fresh salmon loin packs at the European Seafood Exposition in Brussels next month (23 to 25 April).

The event provides an ideal opportunity for buyers from around the world to try the range first hand and speak directly to a company that has overseen every stage of the product’s journey – from the rearing of the fish to the end product.

Managing director, Michael Stark said: “The European Seafood Exposition has always been the single most important date in the seafood calendar for us and this year is no exception.

“The show is the best way for us to catch up with existing customers and let potential new buyers find out more about our product and its provenance.

“This year we will also be telling customers about our new hatchery, which will open this spring. This is an exciting development – the final link in the chain – allowing us to manage the entire process from egg to plate.”
