The Baader 192 is a Filleting Machine for Whitefish such as Cod, Alaskan Pollack and Saithe with a size range from 45cm to 70cm. Heading and Gutting of each fish is performed individually after the size of each fish has been determined by electronic measurement. An additional advantage is there is the possibility to remove the valuable roe.
