Detailed Selling Lead Description

Subject: Environmental security in morts removal

Message:

We supply 5 standard sizes of collectors:
-China-hat ø 75 cm with 3" hose
-China-hat ø 90 cm with 4" & 8" hose
-Sombrero ø 120 cm with 8" & 10" hose
-Small Flatnose 95 cm with 8" hose
-Large Flatnose 170 cm with 8" & 10" hose

We also supply other sizes and special modifications.
-The 3" & 4" models are well suited for juvenile fish.
-The 8" models are used for salmonides, cod, seabream, seabass, and tilapia.
-The 10" system is primarely used for broodstock and as a standby for situations with very high mortality.

Operation of the system requirers a compressor of aprox. 4-10 Kw to supply 2-1500 l. of air per minute at 3 - 10 bar. (200 l. for 3", 300 l. for 4", 6-1200 l for 8" 1500 l for 10")

Many users install automated timers to operate several or many collectors on one compressor on a 24 hour cycle.

We also supply a sensor system that can automatically start the pump when fish and/or feed reaches the collector cone.
LIFT UP collectors are used in cages of different sizes and shapes: Conventional PEH cages, steel cages, and in offshore cages.

LIFT UP AKVA LTD custom designs and produces its systems to fit individual fishfarmers requirements and many different applications are in operation.
We deliver to freshwater fishfarms in countries with strict environmental regulations. The fishfarms use collector cones and fine-mesh bottom-panels for full recovery of morts, uneaten feed and faeces. The cage-farms have been fitted with a fully enclosed sewage system to collect and transport all
waste to a filter unit.

Our new sensor system is able to scan the contents of the collector and run the airlift system automatically when feed or dead fish sinks into the China hat.
When connected to feed hoppers or automatic feeding systems, the sensor can send a signal to reduce or stop feeding if uneaten feed is detected in the China hat.
