Amersfoort -- Former US Secretary of State Dr. Madeleine K. Albright will be the keynote speaker of this years AgriVision conference, which takes place in The Netherlands from 16 to 18 June. She will address the topic of economy and security in the 21st century in the context of food security. Themed Bridging the gap, AgriVision 2015 will reflect on the changing business environment and address one of the greatest challenges of our time - ensuring that we deliver global food security in a sustainable way.
This years conference will provide a platform to discuss ways how to bridge the gap between business, science, society and the consumer in order to work towards a world where enough food of sufficient nutritional quality is available to all.
Speaker line-up
A wide variety of speakers from business, science and the public sector will share their perspective on trends and developments that affect our industry. DuPont, Rabobank, The Nature Conservancy, Nestlé, McDonalds and IBM are just a few of the organisations they represent. AgriVision 2015 will also host Dr. Hans Rosling, known from the BBC documentary The Joy of Stats. He is also founder of the Gapminder Foundation, which mission is to fight devastating ignorance with a fact-based worldview that everyone can understand.
