Synne Homble joined Cermaq ASA as Group Legal Counsel in 2006, and was appointed Chief Legal Counsel and a member of the Management Team in August 2007. From March 2009 she took on the role as Director Corporate Functions. From 1998 to 2006 Homble was employed as attorney at law in the Norwegian law firm Wikborg, Rein & Co, and from 2001 as a senior associate. Mrs. Homble has her law degree from the University of Oslo, with special classes from Hamline School of Law, Minnesota, USA. As of 30th June 2010, Homble holds, partly through close associate, 3,200 shares in Cermaq ASA.
