Mr. Peter J. Bensen is Corporate Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of McDonald's Corp. From April 2007 through December 2007, he served as Corporate Senior Vice President-Controller. Prior to that time, Mr. Bensen served as Corporate Vice President-Assistant Controller from February 2002 through March 2007. Mr. Bensen has been with the Company for 13 years.
