Mr. Tabrah has 35 years of experience in the design, construction and general management of industrial aquaculture production and processing of both shrimp and tilapia. His career included 17 years in Ecuador, 2 years in Indonesia, and a year in Honduras. During this career, he has started and managed 5 production companies in Ecuador, and the United states. He served for five years as Manager of Technology Transfer and led a research team in the investigation of ultra-high density shrimp production for the Oceanic Institute. He has also provided medium term consulting services on site selection, design, construction, and general management to 12 projects in 6 additional countries. His particular demonstrated strength is in marrying sound engineering with biology in the design, operation, and management of aquaculture endeavors.
