Mr. Grelewicz brings extensive experience to Naturxan in leading business operations, new global business ventures, marketing, and technology development for S&P 500 companies such as Bristol Myers Squibb, Kellogg’s and Pharmacia in nutrition, biotechnology, medical foods, and pharmaceuticals.
At Bristol Myers Squibb, he held several key management positions in the Mead Johnson Division, serving as head of Global Innovation with responsibility for strategy, product development and marketing across 50 countries. Prior to that, he led the business management and marketing of Enfamil Nutritional Products and Medical Food products in the U.S. markets.
At Kellogg’s, Grelewicz assumed responsibility for Strategy Development throughout North America, which led to several high-growth product launches and key acquisitions, including Kashi and Keebler. He also held multiple brand management positions for some of Kellogg’s most recognizable brands such as Kellogg’s Rice Krispies and Kellogg’s Frosted Mini-Wheats.
Earlier in his career, he served in various leadership and technology positions in new product development and computer automation engineering at both Kellogg’s and Pharmacia.
Richard Grelewicz received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of South Alabama and his Masters of Business Administration degree from Western Michigan University.
