Mr. James A. Skinner is Vice Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of McDonald's Corp. Mr. Skinner is Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, a post to which he was elected in November 2004, and also has served as a Director since that date. He served as Vice Chairman from January 2003 to November 2004. Mr. Skinner has been with the Company for 39 years and is a nominee for the class of 2014. He currently serves as a director of Illinois Tool Works Inc. and Walgreen Co.
