He previously served as President, McDonald’s USA, from August 2006 to January 2010, and as Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer for McDonald’s USA from January 2005 to August 2006. Mr. Thompson has been with the Company for 20 years and is a member of the class of 2012. He currently serves as a director of Exelon Corporation.
