Mr. Donald Thompson is President, Chief Operating Officer, Director of McDonald's Corp. Mr. Thompson is President and Chief Operating Officer, a position to which he was elected in January 2010. Mr. Thompson was also elected a Director in January 2011. He previously served as President, McDonald’s USA, from August 2006 to January 2010, and as Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer for McDonald’s USA from January 2005 to August 2006. Mr. Thompson has been with the Company for 20 years and is a member of the class of 2012. He currently serves as a director of Exelon Corporation.
