Rasmus Folsø has a background as Naval Architect and holds a Ph.D. from the Technical University of Denmark. Rasmus has previously worked for the Italian classification society Rina and most recently for A.P. Moller – Maersk. Here Rasmus held various positions and was in 2011 acting head of Strategic R&D in Maersk Maritime Technology (MMT). While working for MMT Rasmus participated in the innovation project that ended with the establishment of DESMI Ocean Guard A/S in 2009. Before joining as CEO Rasmus was a member of the Board of DESMI Ocean Guard A/S.
