STEEN , a well known name in the food processing industry , was established in 1960.It was in the late 1950s that Pieter Steen developed his first table top skinning machine. He and his son Cor Steen decided to design skinning machines and market them under their own name.In 1986 STEEN became a registered trade mark and has since then been commercialized by F.P.M. International N.V.
The STEEN fish skinning machine range is, thanks to our many years of experience in mechanical engineering, an industrial concept for efficient skinning fish, meeting in a technical manner the requirements of the modern food processing industry (CE-STANDARD).
This has the advantage that extra safety and hygiene has been taken into account. The economy of the STEEN range has been based on special provisions to simplify service, diminish maintenance and increase the residual value over the years.
