Safeway Estates Limited is currently undertaking two major projects in Ghana. These are:

Safeway Agro is in charge of the South Dayi District Tilapia Project.
Safeway Estates Limited in collaboration with South Dayi District Assembly, Ghana National Tilapia Cooperative Society and other District Assemblies along the Volta Lake, Private and Institutional Investors in Ghana are using the “Cage Culture Fish farming method” to produce tilapia on the Volta Lake for distribution in Ghana and export markets.
Ghana National Tilapia Cooperative Society intends to partner with private and institutional investors to raise 15% of the total cost of the project while 85% of the cost will be funded by Safeway Estates Limited with a 7-year supplier credit facility from HTC Agro ApS of Denmark.
