NaturalShrimp is an agro-tech company that has developed a proprietary technology to grow and sell fresh, high-quality shrimp anywhere in the world. The NaturalShrimp system consists of fully contained and independent production facilities, which allows the Company to raise Pacific white shrimp in an ecologically controlled, high-density, environment in geographically-strategic, high-consumption areas. No ocean is required. The Company’s production facility is outside of San Antonio, Texas, and its European partner has constructed a production facility in Medina del Campo, Spain. Expansion plans include both domestic and international production facilities and distribution channels. This expansion should allow the Company to capture a significant portion of the shrimp market by offering locally grown, always fresh, always natural shrimp competitive prices.
The Company was founded by Gerald Easterling, Bill G. Williams and Tom Untermeyer in 2001
NaturalShrimp Holdings, Inc. owns one hundred percent of NaturalShrimp Corporation, formed to operate in the U.S. & Canada and one hundred percent of NaturalShrimp Global, Inc., formed to create International Joint Venture Partnerships. Each entity will use the Company’s proprietary technology to penetrate shrimp markets throughout the world utilizing existing food service distribution channels.
NaturalShrimp Global, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of NaturalShrimp Holdings, Inc., is shareholder of NaturalShrimp International AS. NaturalShrimp International AS owns the exclusive rights to use the NaturalShrimp technology to grow and sell shrimp in all countries in Europe, Russia, Asia, and the Middle East. The first subsidiary, formed in Spain, is GambaNatural de España, S.L.
