Established as Samho Mulsan in 1976, the company was renamed Samho F&G after it ventured into fisheries processing and export in 1979. Four years later, we opened the Busan office and started the deep-sea fishery business. Samho F&G also launched "Samho Fishcake," the first premium fishcake in Korea, in 1985. Since then, the company has been expanding its domestic food business. In addition, we established Samho America, Inc.,in Seattle, USA as well as the joint venture Lucky Union Foods (LUF) in Thailand in 1987, followed by Esamar SA, in Argentina in 1990 and Qingdao office in China in 1996.
