20/07/2005 - Salmon Chiloé SA (Salmosan) and AquaChile group reported the strategic partnership agreement between both firms, designed to enhance the performance of the two companies. Aquachile Enterprises Inc. enter as a shareholder in 60% ownership of Psalms, which continue to be managed by its current management team and staff.
According to the statement by the President of Salmosan, Andrew Kaulen and president of AquaChile, Víctor Hugo Puchi, this strategic partnership will share best practices, synergies and strengthen the commercial presence of both companies for mutual benefit, in business of salmon. It preserves the autonomy of Salman, known for its good performance in the field.
