Mareterram Fisheries is central to our fishing activities. We are the single largest license holder in the Shark Bay Prawn Fishery in the Gascoyne region of Western Australia. We primarily catch King, Tiger and Endeavour prawns, as well as scallops. The fishery has been in existence since 1962 and recently received the Marine Stewardship Council certification as a sustainable fishery.
Mareterram Foods is our sales and marketing arm and is the first point of contact for our loyal customers. The Foods business manages the sales of the Norwest product from Shark Bay alongside other premium, sustainably caught seafood that we source from our worldwide network of key suppliers.
