Strategically placed in the heart of Asia, Food Audits International Ltd (FAI) offers unparalleled service in food auditing. FAI conducts auditing on behalf of the manufacturer and / or customer on quality, safety and legal specifications as required. Although FAI has primarily been focused on the food industry, quality and specification auditing can take place across a range of industries. We have now expanded our services to include cosmetics, clothing and household items such as bedding, kitchen and bathroom accessories and a range of other items.
Our strength is in accreditation to meet strict global standard in particular BRC. What is BRC? Any business must have a full understanding of the products produced, manufactured and distributed and have the right systems in place to identify and control hazards significant to the manufacture of said products.
All FAI staff have many years experience in food safety and auditing. Their technical skills and training have focused on BRC, HACCP, GMP, ISO 9001:2000, aseptic processing & packaging, seafood sensory and food security. In addition, FAI management ensure that staff continually attend international workshops and seminars to keep up to date with food safety standards. Each staff member brings additional experience from a variety of sectors of the food industry.
In July 2010 FAI became a business of JBT FoodTech, a leading global technology solutions provider to the food processing industry.
