Pesquera Itata S.A. (Public, SCL:ITATA) is a Chile-based company active in the fishing and food processing sectors. The Company operates three fish meal and fish oil production plants located in the VIII and III Regions, as well as a freezing plant, located in the community of Talcahuano, which is active in the production of frozen Horse Mackerel and Mackerel.
The Company’s frozen fish products are exported to Africa, Asia, South America and the Caribbean under the Antarctic Ice brand.
The Company owns such subsidiaries as Pesquera Qurbosa SA, Pesquera Bahia Caldera SA and Salmones Itata SA. It also holds interests in Boat Parking SA, Exapesca SA, Portuaria y Servicios Molo Blanco SA, Emisario Coronel SA, Empresa Pesquera Apiao SA and St Andrews Smoky Delicacies SA. In addition, the Company is a 49.05%-owned affiliate of Sociedad de Inversiones Petrohue SA.
