Beijing Capital Agribusiness & Foods Group Co., Ltd. is a state-owned enterprise located in Beijing, People 's Republic of China . It was established through the reorganization of Beijing Capital Agriculture Group Co., Ltd., Beijing Grain Group Co., Ltd., and Beijing Ershang Group Co., Ltd.

History

In April 2009, with the approval of the Beijing Municipal People's Government , the Beijing State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission decided to reorganize Beijing Sanyuan Group Co., Ltd. , Beijing Huadu Group Co., Ltd., and Beijing Dafa Livestock Company to form Beijing Capital Agriculture Group Co., Ltd. In December 2017, with the approval of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, Beijing Capital Agriculture Group Co., Ltd., Beijing Grain Group Co., Ltd., and Beijing Ershang Group Co., Ltd. were jointly reorganized and established.
