Fisheries Development Oman (“FDO ”) is a Joint-stock company and a subsidiary of Oman Investment Authority, a wholly government owned sovereign wealth fund.
The company is investing in Fisheries & fish farming projects that lead to the development of Fisheries & aquaculture sector in the sultanate, including shrimp farming, finfish, shellfish and seaweed ventures. The company is also investing in the establishment of support industries to the fish farming sector, including hatcheries and feed factories.

Blue Waters invests in: Fish farming projects with an aim of leading the development of Omani Aquaculture, investing in Marine Fin Fish Cage Farms, presently capacity of 6,000 tones annual production , Modern Processing, Packaging and Logistic facilities Marine Fin Fish Hatchery, production capacity of 15,000,000 juvenile per year.
