Groupe Bruxelles Lambert SA is a Belgium-based holding company with a portfolio of industrial investments, focusing on a small number of European companies that operate in a diversified range of sectors. At the end of fiscal year 2012, the Company's portfolio consisted of six principal share holdings: GDF Suez, Total, Lafarge, Pernod Ricard, Imerys and Suez Environnement.
