Haikui Seafood AG (Public - ETR:H8K) is a Germany-based holding company engaged in processing of seafood for humans and animals with focus on Chinese and international market. The Company operates two business segments: Frozen Products and Canned Products. The Frozen Products segment, the Company's core product category, comprises raw fish, crabs, prawns and other types of seafood. The products may, apart from primary processing, undergone further processing steps such as cooking, grilling and coating. The Canned Products segment comprises canned fish products mainly distributed overseas under third party brands. The Company's canned products range includes tuna meat, mackerel, sardines, spicy snapper and canned eel. As of December 31, 2011, the Company held directly a 100%-stake in China Haikui Pte Ltd, an investment holding company, which held a 100%-stake in Fujian Dongshan Haikui Aquatic Products Co, Ltd, a China-based company engaged in production and distribution of seafood products.
