This non-profit organization was co-founded by Shannon Ronalds and Chef Robert Clark of C Restaurant in Vancouver, BC. Robert is already known as one of the industry leaders in sustainable seafood and C Restaurant is the founding member of Vancouver Aquarium’s Ocean Wise program 

Tremendous strides have been taken in Canada to allow other restaurants (and the world for that matter) to benefit from the Ocean Wise seal of approval and the next step in advocating change is to start at the very beginning with talented young chefs at the start of their careers.
