Hydra-Grene is a trading and engineering company with business in trading and manufacture of hydraulic components and systems development for industries, as well as a provider of related consulting services. Martin is a manufacturer of computer-controlled effect lighting and smoke machines for the entertainment industry. Xergi is a supplier of turnkey biogas plant. In February 2013, it divested Martin Professional. In November 2013, it combined the subsidiaries Grene and Kramp, and holds a 20%-stake in the new combined entity.
