Hakon Invest AB (Public, STO:HAKN) is a Sweden-based investment company. It pursues active and long-term investments with a focus on retail-oriented companies in the Nordic and Baltic regions. ICA AB, a retail company with a focus on food, is a central holding for Hakon Invest.

The Company owns 40% of ICA AB. In addition to the holding in ICA AB, as of December 31, 2008, Hakon owned a 100% stake in the Swedish Forma Publishing Group, which also conducts operations in Finland and the Baltic countries; 50% in Kjell & Company, a Swedish retailer of accessories for home electronics; 89% in Hemma, a Swedish white goods retailer; 81% in Cervera, a porcelain chain in Sweden; 50% in inkClub, a Sweden-based online retailer of ink cartridges and other printer accessories; and 26.4% in Hemtex, a Swedish home-textile chain with stores in the Nordic region.
