Mr Poh was appointed Group Business Development Director on 1st April, 2007 with responsibilities for the Group's business development projects and strategic initiatives. Mr Poh started his career in finance and accounting in 1981. He joined Dairy Farm in 1998 as the finance and business development director for the Group's retail businesses in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and India. Prior to that he held senior finance positions in various multinational corporations based in Singapore.

Mr Poh holds a Bachelor of Business degree (with distinction) from the RMIT University and a MBA from HKUST/Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.
