Rick Barnhardt is VP Supply Chain and member of the executive committee. He is responsible for customer service, logistics, shipment of orders to customers and receipt of inbound raw material and finished goods, and information systems. He joined Icelandic in 2005 to lead the business integration projects of Icelandic USA and Samband of Iceland. Prior, Rick spent 23 years in executive leadership roles in foodservice distribution with U.S. Foodservice, IFH, and Thomas & Howard.

Rick has a BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. He is married with three sons.
