CHAD SARNO launched six plant-based restaurants in Istanbul, Munich, London and Belgrade, educated young chefs as VP of Plant-Based Wellness at Rouxbe Cooking School and served as the Global Health and Wellness Coordinator, Media Spokesperson, and R&D Chef for Whole Foods Market. He’s contributed to numerous recipe books and co-authored the NY Times bestseller Crazy Sexy Kitchen.
Chad Sarno is co-founder of Wicked Healthy with his brother Derek, a collection of chefs and culinary experts focused on disrupting the way we approach food systems and offerings.
Chad is a partner and VP of Culinary at Good Catch Foods and cofounding partner at BeyondBrands, a plant-based brand management group. Also, the plant-based ambassador and instructor for Rouxbe, the world’s largest online cooking school, Chad has launched multiple courses including the Professional Plant-Based Certification course.
Chad spent several years at Whole Foods Market as Senior Culinary Educator, Media Spokesperson and RnD Chef for the Global Healthy Eating program. Prior to this, Chad launched a line of boutique restaurants throughout Europe, in Istanbul, Munich and London.
Through the intersection of culinary innovation and healthy eating Chad continues to share his passion as a plant-pushing activist, restaurant consultant, RnD chef for manufacturing companies, and speaker at events globally within the food and culinary wellness space.
In March 2018 the Wicked Healthy Cookbook with be published with Chad and his brother Derek along with the Whole Foods Diet Cookbook due Fall 2018.
