John D. Held has served as our General Counsel since March 2000, as Vice President of the Company from April 2002 to September 2002, as Senior Vice President and Secretary since September 2002 and as Executive Vice President since 2005. Prior to this, Mr. Held was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of American Residential Services, Inc., and practiced law with Baker Botts, LLP in Houston, Texas.
