Frank O. Reite holds the postion as CEO of Akastor ASA. Mr. Reite has previous experience with Aker, where he held a variety of executive positions, including overseeing and developing Aker investments within seafood and shipbuilding, including Aker Seafoods, Norway Seafoods, American Seafoods Company and Aker Yards. Mr Reite also has experience from the banking industry and has been Operating Director in Paine & Partners, a New York based Private Equity firm.

Mr Reite is Chairman of Havfisk ASA. He is a graduate of Handelshøyskolen (B.A. Business administration). Mr Reite is a Norwegian citizen.
