FISHTECH offers an advanced abalone farm training course designed to give selected individuals intensive practical experience in day-to-day framing of abalone. It provides supplemental training to the extensive personnel training FISHTECH normally provides each of it's clients at their project locations. 

 
The FISHTECH training course is designed to provide each participant "hands-on" training and experience in all aspects associated with the farming of abalone. Trainees will be learning subjects such as abalone culturing techniques, record keeping, equipment fabrication and facility maintenance. 

Each trainee will participate in a 2 to 3 week training session. During these training sessions each participant will work 8 hours per day under professional guidance and supervision of FISHTECH personnel. Approximately 80% of each session will be spent having the trainee(s) incorporated into the working staff facility. This allows each of the individuals to perform actual functions and duties typically required on a working abalone farm. The remaining time of each training session will be devoted to specialized instruction and training tailored to each participant's needs relative to their own project.
