We are a family owned and operated company and our Gel Master Gel Ice Making Machine is a very useful invention. You can use it to make all kinds of products:

The Gel Master is the only one of it's size on the market. It's portable and lightweight (it weighs only 30 pounds). You receive a separate unit called a sealer with each machine purchased. Our Gel Master Gel Ice Machine can be operated by one or even two people. So you are not spending a great deal on labor. You can produce a variety of different sized gel packs to fit your needs by simply turning the gel and water timers up or down to produce the size you desire. And you can really economize by making up gel packs whenever you have a spare moment or two.

WHAT YOU CAN MAKE WITH A GEL MASTER

gel ice packs for shipping fish or flowers
gel ice packs to keep food fresh and cool in your cooler on picnics
special scarves which you can dip in cold water and wear to keep you cool on hot days
gel ice to place in your soil to conserve water and help your garden flourish
brightly colored gel ice to place in decorative vases of freshly cut flowers
hot and cold packs for hospitals or sporting events

HOW TO MAKE A GEL PACK

All it takes to produce a gel pack is a few steps . . . .
    1) Fill the hopper on the top of the machine.
    2) Connect to a water source (such as a garden hose).
    3) Plug the machine into a outlet (110 volts).
(We have an adapter for 220 volt outlets).
    4) Turn the on/off switch to the on position.
    5) Take a gel bag and hold the open end under the spout.
You are now ready for production. It's as simple as that! With this machine you have the capability to produce 200 or more gel paks per hour, this will take a little practice of course, but the Vice President herself has produced 2,400 - 1 & 1/2 pound gel paks in a day's time. Just think no more waiting on those suppliers with their backorders and minimum purchases.

HOW THE BASIC MECHANICS OF THE GEL MASTER WORK

What happens is that as you pull the bag up around the spout the microswitch will automatially be depressed. The microswitch triggers the timers and sets the machine in motion. The bag is filled with the correct amount of water and gel. Then the machine stops, you turn toward the sealer, and place the open end of the bag in its jaws. Then tap the switch with your foot and you're done with your first gel pack.

EXTRA FEATURES

Our machine comes standard with:

A water regulator to compensate for fluctuating water pressure found in some processing plants.
A counter to keep track of the number of gel paks that you produce.
And for International orders we have a 220 volt adapter available on request.

Thank you from all of us here at Northwest Gel, and have a pleasant day.
