Juan Baldovinos, had previously served as Assistant Controller. In his new position, Baldovinos will monitor and analyze operating results and budgets and work with department managers to provide financial and costing information. Baldovinos lives with his family in Bellingham. Paul Comchoc was promoted from I.S. Coordinator to the position of Manager of Information Technology where he is responsible for keeping Trans-Ocean at the leading edge of available technology. He will implement and monitor all information systems, such as data management, networking, hardware needs and software design. He resides in Birch Bay, WA with his family.
